Candidates found using unfair means or submitting false information will have their CTET certificate cancelled.

Important Warnings

CTET Paper 2 is for Classes VI-VIII (Upper Primary) — different from Paper 1 (Classes I-V).
Candidates can appear for both Paper 1 and Paper 2 in the same cycle to be eligible for both Primary and Upper Primary.
Choose Mathematics & Science OR Social Studies based on the subject you intend to teach.
CTET certificate is valid for lifetime.
No negative marking — attempt all 150 questions.
Language I and Language II must be different languages.
CTET is mandatory for Central Government Schools; State TET may be needed for state schools.
No limit on number of attempts.
