Important Warnings

SEBI Grade A is among the highest-paying government exams in India.
Phase-I is only a screening test — serious preparation needed for Phase-II domain papers.
Capital Market / Securities Market knowledge is essential even for non-General streams.
Mere eligibility does not confer right of appointment.
SEBI reserves the right to modify/cancel the recruitment at any stage.
Selected officers are initially posted at Mumbai HQ with transfers to regional offices possible.
