Candidates with false claims regarding community, qualification, or other details are liable to be disqualified at any stage.

Important Warnings

No negative marking in TNPSC exams — attempt all questions.
Tamil language/General Tamil section carries 100 questions (150 marks) — very significant weightage.
TN-specific history, geography, culture, and government schemes are heavily tested.
Community certificate (caste) from Tamil Nadu is mandatory for reservation.
TN nativity is essential for most posts.
Knowledge of Tamil language is compulsory for most Group II posts.
